Accounts
The Accounts Tab on the UI will provide the user with a detailed view of a customer’s account details, billing and payment history, billing attributes, exceptions/warnings, and usage per bill, and contains the following details:

Accounts Overview
Similar to exceptions overview, after navigating to the accounts tab, a user will see a table with an overview of all accounts the utility serves whose data is synched to GridX as a part of the project implementation.
The Accounts Tab will provide the following details per Contract_ID:
Contract ID
MeterAccount ID
Type (Residential or Commercial)
Rate
Action (Details button)
Accounts Search & Filtering
To search for a specific account, the user can choose to use the Account Search bar, or use the search features from the Accounts table on the Contract ID or Meter Account ID columns.
Account Details
From the Accounts overview, a user can select a specific row and view account details using either the details button at the far right, or the linked Contract ID. After making a selection, a user will be navigated to the Account details page, which contains high-level information on the account including their contract ID, meter account ID, account type (res. vs commercial) and rate code). There are also several tabs with more information:

Bill History
The Bill History tab will provide the user with all the bill history of the customer.
The following fields will be available:
Bill ID - This is the unique bill id per contract id
Start - This is the bill start date
End - This is the bill end date
Status - This is the current status of the bill. It can have the following values:
Invoiced - If a bill is successfully generated
Not Billed - If a bill is not generated and an exception is created
HoldBill - If a bill is generated but is held due to a warning
Canceled - If a bill is canceled and queued for rebilling
Rebilled - If a canceled bill is rebilled
Withdrawn - If an invoice gets rejected by the client in the Invoice Report
Transaction Date - This is the date of the transaction
Rate - This is the Rate of the customer for the bill period in consideration
Usage - This is the billed usage kWh for the bill period in consideration
Amount - This is the billed amount for the bill period in consideration
Attributes
This tab provides a list of all the billing attributes that the customer was billed on for the bill period in consideration
The user can also edit customer attributes from under the Account Details tab to fix any issues with the incoming client customer attribute files
This should happen regardless of if any event occurred for that customer
Usage
This tab provides a detailed breakdown of the usage per TOU buckets for a customer for the bill period in consideration
Events
This tab displays all the events (exceptions, warnings, etc) occurred for that contract_id.
