Calculate Features and Functionality

After logging into Calculate, you will see several tabs you can select. The functionality of each tab will be covered in a section below:

  • Dashboard

  • Events

  • Accounts

  • System Events

  • Monitoring

Home Page & Dashboard

Upon login, you will land on the Dashboard homepage. From here, you can navigate to the separate events, accounts, system events and monitoring pages using the navigation pane on the side of the page.

On the top right of the page, you’ll see your login information (email), and by selecting the profile icon, can choose to view the page in dark mode to reduce eyestrain if preferred.

The Dashboard page will also contain embedded business intelligence reports that will include information about billing, exceptions, and other key performance indicators. The business intelligence reports are created in Tableau and embedded into Calculate so they accessible by all users of the app. During implementation, GridX will work with you to scope and build specific reports from agreed upon requirements. There will also be a selection of standard reports available depending on your billing use cases.
