Ticket Monitoring

Monitor both your own and your team’s tickets in one place.

  • Monitor your Team’s Tickets

    • Click the image-20240828-213912.png Icon on the top right corner of the screen.

    • Select Requests.

  • Change the filters to narrow your search

    • Search for Open, In Progress, or Closed tickets utilizing the “Status” dropdown.

  • Using the “All” dropdown

    • See all tickets, tickets created by me, or tickets created by members of your organization.
